Product warranties and returns
All new items bought from Lascom Management Systems Online Store are original, genuine, authentic and of consistent high quality and value. All items are warranted by the manufacturer's or the distributor's warranty from the date of invoice. This is normally 12 months but can be for the lifetime of the product.
All items we sell have local distributors and support.
Products requiring repair should be sent directly to Lascom Management Systems Office.
Stock availability
As we are a reseller for a variety of goods we cannot possibly carry all stock items. This does not limit our service offering as our distributors warehouses are close to us. If we find that the product is not available we will contact you immediately. If we find that the item cannot be shipped within 5 working days, we will contact you with alternative options including the possibility of a full refund.
Delivery
Lascom Management Systems will make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation of Payment.
Orders placed from Friday 17h00 until Monday 08h60 will only be processed on the Monday from 08h60 onwards.
Some orders may be subject to our verification procedure before we can process the order. For your protection as a result of fraud and theft, we may ask you to verify that you are the legitimate owner or that the order and the ship-to information are legitimate.
Some orders may be subject to the interbank delay of up to 3 days for your deposited funds to reflect into our bank account before the ordered items can enter the shipping process.
Courier charges and rules
Courier charges are not included in our pricing. Please place your order in the Shopping Cart to view the courier charges.
If you have not made yourself available to accept delivery of the goods, we reserve the right to charge you for additional attempts to deliver the purchased goods. Orders can also be collected from our office free of courier charges.
A signature is required for all goods received upon receipt, Packages cannot be rerouted. Someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it.
If you paid for your Order using a Credit Card the Card Holder will have to sign and present their Identity Book to take delivery.
This identity must be the same as the one we have on record for the Credit Card Holder.
A courier POD with a signature is conclusive proof that the delivery was made.
If your order contains any oversize item we will notify you before we process the order.
Validity
Prices quoted include 14% VAT.
Prices quoted are based on our suppliers’ current prices, the current Rand/Dollar exchange rate and our current rates. Should there be a price fluctuation or a rate fluctuation, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly.
Payment Method
Simply go to your nearest First National Bank branch and deposit the total order amount into our bank account (banking details to be supplied at confirmation of order via email). Your reference number is the unique order number found at the top left of your order confirmation which will be sent via email. Fax the deposit slip to 086-610-5160; alternatively email a scanned copy to onlinestore@lascom.co.za. Once we have received your proof of payment your order will be processed.
You may deposit a cheque into our bank account (banking details to be supplied at confirmation of order via email), but unfortunately you will have to wait until the cheque is cleared by the bank (usually 7 working days) before your order will be shipped. Please note that this might delay your order unnecessarily and is therefore not recommended.
Setup LascomManagement Systems as a beneficiary on your online banking facility (banking details to be supplied at confirmation of order via email). Once your electronic transaction is complete, fax proof of payment to 086-610-5160, alternatively email a copy to onlinestore@lascom.co.za. Once we receive your proof of payment your order will be processed.
Please note that unfortunately LascomManagement Systems Online Store does not make provision for purchases using a credit card at this point in time but will be making provision for you to do so in the near future.
